Rockstar finally locked in the release window and the second trailer looks absolutely insane. The Florida setting with dual protagonists is exactly what GTA needed after GTAV's decade-long reign. Honestly this might be the biggest entertainment launch in history — GTA V made a billion dollars in three days and this will top that easily.

I went in thinking nothing could top the base game and I was completely wrong. The Shadow Realm is massive and the density of secrets rivals entire AAA games. Messmer might be my favourite FromSoft boss ever — his lore, his moveset, and that second phase transition are perfection. If you dropped off Elden Ring, this DLC is the reason to come back.
